El-Rufai via his Twitter handle tweeted 'Obi is a tribal bigot' after saying that Peter Obi had on National television said  his arrest detention for 48hrs by the SSS while in a hotel was right. For that statement alone, Peter Obi is a Tribal bigot.





But Reno Omokri who is known for digging up the past statements of some persons and politicians whom they thought had been forgotten reacted to the statement with the release of a tweet by El-Rufai months back.
