'How You Dey? God Don Butter My Bread' Pince Charles Speaks in Pidgin

Queen Elizabeth II’s eldest son and heir, who turns 70 this month, and winds up a tour of The Gambia, Ghana and Nigeria, today. Prince Charles and his wife Duchess of cornwall  was heard speaking in pidgin English at the British High Commission residence. He ditched his queens english to greet Nigerians in broken or pidgin English saying,





“As they say, ‘God don butta my bread’ (God has blessed me),” he said, praising the city for its dynamism and energy;
How you dey? (How are you?)”





These were his words and others while speaking with dignitaries, celebrities, governors, even presidential candidates.

"Yes my menses appeared 30 minutes to my performance and I had to put on a sanitary pad and still go on stage. "Menstruation is not a shame and I urge all young women take a cue from my actions and not to let it stop them from doing anything they want to do."
