China's Miracle: 600 Billionaires and USA Fear.

There is no where else in the world where a country has a breaking record of over 600 billionaires. The Chinese Communist Party has defied predictions and maintained its hold on power.China is in an era of massive change known as "Reform and Opening."





Forty years after powerful Chinese politician and future leader Deng Xiaoping in a powerful speech addressed the Communist Party leadership in December 1978, China's GDP was just under $150 billion, but today it has surged over $12 trillion on almost same trail as the USA.





Today, China holds about 10% of global wealth. In the last 20 years alone, wealth per adult has quadrupled and only fewer than 1% of the population of China is in abject poverty. Imagine a country with over 600 Billionaires? wow!





However, a battle may be on the way to decide China's economic miracle.





US President Donald Trump has sparked a trade war, forcing the country to dramatically reconsider its economic plans. The US leader has placed tariffs on hundreds of billions of dollars worth of Chinese goods. In direct contradiction to Xi's plans for greater party control, the US administration is demanding greater foreign access to the country and less Chinese government support for key industries.





But to what end?
