OSANEBI: 3 TIMES REJECTED BY THE GODS AND LORDS. DELTA DEPUTY SPEAKER SACKED AGAIN

According to information reaching our desk divaviva111.com, the Court of Appeal sitting in Benin,Edo State has dismissed the appeal filed in by the deputy speaker of Delta state,Rt. Hon Friday Osanebi against the judgement of the High court in Kwale asking him to vacate his seat as the representative of the Ndokwa East constituency in the DTHA.






After the ruling at the Kwale High court, the Deputy Speaker had immediately ran to the Appeal court in Benin seeking the upper court to overturn the rulings of the lower court. However, at the ruling today, the Appeal court dismissed the appeal suit and sacked the deputy speaker by upholding the April 18, 2017 judgment of the lower court.





Report has it that in furtherance to her ruling, The Appeal court has ordered I.N.E.C to immediately proceed to issue Hon .Ozegbe Lawrence his certificate of return and be sworn in as member representing
Ndokwa East in Delta State House of Assembly.





Already there is said to be jubilation in the streets as Hon Ozegbe's supporters are celebrating what they term the "Final Blow".





The question now is whether young OSANEBI will obey the court order or will he connive with the state judiciary and govt to undermine the court's judgement.

EFCC Officials Forcefully Break Into An Expectant Woman's House at 3am

An expectant father has accused EFCC officials of breaking into his home in the middle of the night to conduct a search without a warrant. The man said he was at his home in Olokuta, Kemta, in Idi-Aba, Abeokuta between 3 am to 5 am, when some men forcefully broke into his house using a hammer.  He added that he was afraid they were armed robbers, so he hid in the guest bedroom with his pregnant wife as the men broke in through the sitting room window. According to him, the intruders claimed to be EFCC officials looking for "Yahoo boys", but they had no form of identification, neither did they have a search warrant.  Even without a search warrant, the victim alleged that they searched his house, damaged things, then left without as much as an apology.
