NJC Gives Onnoghen, Acting CJN Seven Days To Respond To Petitions


News reaching us is that the National Judicial Council (NJC) has written various petitions to suspended Chief Judge of Nigeria, Justice Walter onnoghen and the Acting Chief Justice of Nigeria Justice Tanko Muhammed.





The (NJC) gave them seven days to respond to different petitions written against them.





The NJC gave the ultimatum today Tuesday 29th 2019 during an emergency meeting which was presided over by a former president of the Appeal Court, Justice Umar Abdullahi.
