Prof. Andrew Eke Ojie Reggae icon, was finally laid to rest today in his hometown, Umuopalajua-Umuseti, Utagba Uno in Ndokwa West Local Government Area of Delta State on Friday January 25, 2019. Mass conducted at the St. Michael Catholic Church, Oliogo.





The burial ceremony of the 77-year-old professor who gloriously slept in the Lord on 4th December, 2018, was attended by a crowd of politicians, entertainers, friends and of course some members of the NBA Asaba Branch in honour of their colleague Sam Ojie Esq one of the deceased sons and Publicity Secretary of the NBA Asaba Branch, Delta State.

"Yes my menses appeared 30 minutes to my performance and I had to put on a sanitary pad and still go on stage. "Menstruation is not a shame and I urge all young women take a cue from my actions and not to let it stop them from doing anything they want to do."
