Police Charge 'Pant' Thief to Court. See the Alleged Charge Sheet lol!

A police officer has charged a 19 year-old man named Chineye Okotie for an alleged offence of 'pant' stealing contrary to Section 353 (12) of the Criminal Code Act Cap 36 Vol. II Revised Laws of Anambra state of Nigeria 1991 as amended.





It read;





That you Chineye Okotie 'M' on the 11th day of January 2019 at no 21 Umunna street, Odoakpu Onitcha in the Onitcha Magisterial district did steal female pants washed and spread on a rope valued about two hundred and fifty naira ( N250.00) property of one Ofodili Mary 'f' and thereby committed an offence punishable under section 353 (12) of the Criminal Code Act Cap 36 Vol. II Revised Laws of Anambra state of Nigeria 1991 as amended.
