Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has been declared official winner by INEC.





The Independent National Electoral Commission has declared the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, as the official winner of the February 23 presidential election held in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja with a total number of 259,997 votes and APC 152,224 votes.

"Yes my menses appeared 30 minutes to my performance and I had to put on a sanitary pad and still go on stage. "Menstruation is not a shame and I urge all young women take a cue from my actions and not to let it stop them from doing anything they want to do."
