Friday Eluro who Tied and Stripped Woman Remanded in Prison Custody (photos)

A Chief Magistrate’s Court sitting at Kwale has on Monday 18th, remanded Hon. Friday Eluro in prison, matter adjourned to 4th of March 2019.





The Magistrate ordered that the suspect be remanded in prison custody, pending the legal advice from the office of the Director of Public Prosecution DPP.





The 'honourable' is facing a count charge bothering on conspiracy to kidnap, conspiracy to commit murder and several others below:





When the defendant appeared in court, he told the Magistrate that his arraignment nefore the court was only to punish him. The prosecutor applied that he be remanded in prison.





The police arrested Friday Eluro after a viral video was brought to their attention showing a woman being stripped and brutally beaten up by the suspects for abusing him.

EFCC Officials Forcefully Break Into An Expectant Woman's House at 3am

An expectant father has accused EFCC officials of breaking into his home in the middle of the night to conduct a search without a warrant. The man said he was at his home in Olokuta, Kemta, in Idi-Aba, Abeokuta between 3 am to 5 am, when some men forcefully broke into his house using a hammer.  He added that he was afraid they were armed robbers, so he hid in the guest bedroom with his pregnant wife as the men broke in through the sitting room window. According to him, the intruders claimed to be EFCC officials looking for "Yahoo boys", but they had no form of identification, neither did they have a search warrant.  Even without a search warrant, the victim alleged that they searched his house, damaged things, then left without as much as an apology.
