Update: Gov Okowa Sacks SA on Security Who Tied Up a Mad woman For Insulting Him.


An alarming video of a woman being tied up and beaten on a city street in Agbor, in Delta state while a crowd of people including women watch watched online. The incident took place at Agbor, Ika South LGA, Delta State.  The victim identified as Dada, mother of one from Abavo, Delta state of Nigeria.





Her Abuser led by Hon. Friday Eluro, SA to Delta State Governor and a high chief from Agbor Delta State.





The Behind Bar Initiative CEO Prince Gwamnishu immediately went to the scene called the police and tried to identify the victim and he got answers about what happened.
  
"The S.A together with his guys striped the woman naked and was actually on top of the woman-- just beating on her. He punched and kicked her spinal cord, blowing her in the face.





The woman is on the ground and you can see the man repeatedly slapping and punching the victim.





Delta state governor, Ifeanyi Okowa, upon seeing the video has sacked his aides, Friday Eluro, for allegedly ordering the assault of the woman who he claimed insulted him in Agbor, a community in the state where he is a high chief. A video of the attack went viral after an angry resident of the community posted it online. 









Friday is currently being detained at the State CID Asaba.

INVESTIGATION
We arrived Agbor, Ika South LGA, Delta State. #TheVictim: Her name is Dada, mother of one, mentally, from Abavo, Delta state.

Her Abuser led by Hon. Friday Eluro, his SA to Delta State Governor and a high chief from Agbor Delta State.

He ordered the youths to stripped Dada naked, tied and abused her.

The video attach to this post shows where the woman lives her brother who is also mentally challeged.

GOODNEWS
Hon. Chief Friday Eluro is currently detained in State CID Asaba. Kudos to @Nigeria Police, Delta State Command.

He has also be sacked by Delta State Governor.
Everyone involved must br prosecuted.
