Breaking: UK Lawmakers Has Rejected the 'No Deal" Brexit. but Next Steps Remain Unclear

Britain's Parliament has voted to reject having the country leave the European Union without a divorce agreement, a decision that lessens but does not remove the chance of a chaotic "no-deal" Brexit.





The vote Wednesday night also increases the chances that Britain's exit from the bloc will be delayed.





Lawmakers on Wednesday’s 312 to 308 vote against a no-deal exit at any time should clear the path for Parliament to request extra time for the withdrawal process, known as Brexit, in a vote scheduled for Thursday. The question then becomes for how long and to what purpose.





To leave without any agreement could mean chaos, with ports clogged, industries crippled, and supplies of some food and medicines running out
