Stars University's Aim is to Prepare Talented Nigerians for the Olympic Games - Star Prince Ned Nwoko Says

Stars University is located at Idumuje Ugboko, Delta state of Nigeria in Africa.





The University is the first Sports University in Sub-Saharan Africa. The Univeristy is established to cater for Upcoming star athletes. The Star Prince of Anioma geographical area, Hon. Prince Ned Nwoko has said that the aim of the University is to take sports tourism to a higher level.





The Hon. Prince who is the sole sponsor of the championship had announced the first beneficiary, Miss Okpochini Anita of the University's scholarship award held on the 3rd of April, 2019.





The Swimming competition tagged ''The Prince Ned Nwoko Swimming Competition'' was a two day championship which had several young swimmers from across the Local Government of the state, displaying their talents at the pool.





According to the Prince he said;





i am very happy to witness the high level of swimming skills you all put up in this championship and i believe with some encouragement, you will go far to represent Nigeria at the Olympic Games

I hope some people read wide and learn about menstrual health to stop the stereotype against young girls and women. "Yes my menses appeared 30 minutes to my performance and I had to put on a sanitary pad and still go on stage. "Menstruation is not a shame and I urge all young women take a cue from my actions and not to let it stop them from doing anything they want to do."
