15 year-old Abia Indigene Who Scored 347 in 2019 UTME Won't be admitted due to her Age

15 year-old Ekene Franklin has scored the highest in the just released result of the 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations, UTME by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation board, JAMB.





Report has it that the Registrar of JAMB, Prof Ishaq Oloyode, said the best candidate may not be admitted in the University of Lagos,which he chose as his first choice because of age.





Another 16-year-old boy from Abia State Igban Emmanuel Chidiebube came second by scoring 346 marks just as a 17 year old Isaac Olamilekan from Osun State trailed behind with 345 as the third best result in the 2019 UTME.
