Breaking News: Appeal Court Benin Affirms Emakpor As Authentic And Existing Candidate for Uvwie House of Assembly Elections.

The Court of Appeal, Benin Division, has upheld the decision a Federal High Court division in Asaba, Delta state affirming Edafe Emakpor Esq as the only, authentic,existing and subsisting candidate for 2019 APC Uvwie House of Assembly General Election.





Chief Herbert Majemite and his conspirators has yet again failed to stop Barr. Edafe Emakpor at the Court of Appeal.





The Appeal court, ruled that the decision of the Federal High Court was meritorious. The court dismissed Chief faction appeal for lacking in merit.





Emakpor who is ever grateful to the one whom he believes made this possible has through the social media thanked everyone, he said:





We are grateful to God Almighty and the beautiful people of Uvwie.





We want to use this medium to encourage the lovely people of Uvwie to remain confident because our hope is in GOD ALMIGHTY; with HIM on our side, we will get many more victories and the glory of Uvwie will be restored.
