Former President of the USA Barack Obama is spotted with his actor pal George Clooney as he continues his European vacation with a stop in Italy.





The former President and George Clooney were seen taking suited-and-booted boat rides together ... comfortably, of course.





They were dressed for the occasion as the guys were spotted wearing jackets and dress pants and non appeared to be rockin' ties, as their collars are open and unbuttoned. TMZ reports that were no sign of Michelle, Amal or the kids there.

"Yes my menses appeared 30 minutes to my performance and I had to put on a sanitary pad and still go on stage. "Menstruation is not a shame and I urge all young women take a cue from my actions and not to let it stop them from doing anything they want to do."
