BREAKING: Court Grants El-Zakzaky Leave To Seek Medical Treatment Abroad

Justice Darius Khobo of the State High Court sitting in Kaduna state has granted the embattled leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN), Ibrahim El-Zakzaky, and his wife Zeenat, leave to seek medical attention abroad.





In his ruling today Monday, he had ordered that the IMN leader be accompanied abroad by officials of the Kaduna State government.





The presiding judge ruled that El-Zakzaky and his wife should proceed to India for medical treatment. The time within which to be back to the country was not given.
