New Legal Year: Chief Judge of the FCT Says About 116,623 Cases Are Still Pending in Court

Justice John Tsoho, Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Abuja while speaking at the beginning of the 2019/2020 new legal year revealed that about 116,623 cases were pending in courts.





He however promised to work towards an improved efficiency and the welfare of workers. Justice Tsoho promised to discuss with the relevant authorities for the possibility of the appointment of more judges for the court due to the high volume of pending cases which makes the judges over burdened with work.
