No Escape Route for Litigants/Lawyers As Flood Take Over Entire Staircase of Court of Appeal Benin

It was a shocking moment for litigants who had just concluded their cases and were about to run out of the court for fear of being harassed by their opponents after a ruling delivered today.





But behold there was no escape route for anyone as the entire premises of the Apex Court was flooded and the flood found it's way through the entrance and then flower through the staircase. The 3rd staircase of the Court of Appeal was covered with flood and gradually 'climbed' through the entire staircase.





It was a devastating moment as lawyers felt so embarrassed at the situation.





One lawyer said;





I for even pull trouser with others attempt to enter but d flood rich waist. Is better imagined than experienced
