Hon Hallims Agoda of the All Progressive Congress, APC has defeated Hon. Ben Ibakpa in Tribunal. The certificate of return is to be given to the duly elected candidate being Hon. Agoda.





The Tribunal sitting in Asaba today in his wisdom and in an investigative operation as to the number of registered voters being lower than the number of votes counted for Hon. Ben Ibakpa, declared Hon Hallims Agoda Winner of Ethiope federal constituency.

"Yes my menses appeared 30 minutes to my performance and I had to put on a sanitary pad and still go on stage. "Menstruation is not a shame and I urge all young women take a cue from my actions and not to let it stop them from doing anything they want to do."
